How do I check the status of my order?

When placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours order to be processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.
If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us on help@homezlife.com and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

A. It will usually take 3 – 5 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

A. We provide FREE Cash on delivery on all orders. No matter where you are we will get our product to you.

A. We do not sell our customer’s information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
  

Q. I Put The Wrong Address For My Order, Can I Change It?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped or processed then we can update your delivery address no problem. If the order has been shipped, no problem you can place an replacement or return the product.

My Package Arrived Damaged

Something not right with your order?

We are happy to help. Please send photos & videos of the damaged product to: help@homezlife.com and we will assist you further. We must be notified within 48 hours of package arrival. We require photos or videos to best assist you.

I Need To Cancel or Change My Order How Do I Do This?

We always try our best to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped or processed then we cannot cancel your order. When your order arrives and you decide to keep it or return it back to us, simply email us your decision.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to

Can I Get a Refund or Return The Product?

We have a 7-day money back guarantee. If 7-days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to get a refund, items must be in the condition you received it in with the box, packaging and all accessories included.
